Would Like To Say Thanks To A Reader

Well, I can say it happened to me today, and I was happy to see that people are really getting some kind of value out of reading my blog. I always say that if I can inspire one person to make a change and improve their lives, then I have accomplished what I set out to do.
The people of St. Maarten are filled with pride and many of us don’t speak out and would rather leave things as is. But your encounter today really inspired me to make this blog even better. I promised to not use names, so for now I will just call you Nola. You know who you are and appreciate your honesty, you fully understand what I am trying to accomplish with my blog. Stop staying up so late reading this stuff, it’s catchy.
I have to also say that I was shocked that you wanted to make a donation, it really shows that the people of St. Maarten is reading my blog and are actually impressed. Your donation is more than appreciated and I know many more readers will get value from my postings and someday soon, one of my readers will approach me and show me what they have accomplished from my postings.
Don’t think this is something foreign to me, I have been giving advice to a number of kids for years now. Just about a year and change back a prominent lawyer approached me, and told me that it is because of my words of wisdom that she is what she is today. Wow, I was stunned, and speechless at the same time. I, being the modest person I am replied; It’s not me, you took action, so it’s your doings.
It really makes you feel great when you know how highly people think of you. And now that Nola approached me today, it actually widened my smile.
To all my other readers don’t feel no way, I have been watching each and every comment and responding to all of them. And I applaud all of you for your responses. One other poster that I would like to acknowledge is Estella, you have always had a bright smile. I always told you that you have potential, and the one thing that I want to see is you proving to me that I was right. To Nicole, everyone was wishing for you to fail, but you passed, it goes to show you that once your will power is stronger than the rest, none can stop you.
As time goes by, each and everyone of you will be mentioned in my postings with the name you used to post a reply.
It looks like I will have to open up a forum and attach it to this web site, so that we can have a discussion on any hot topics that I write about. If anyone feels the need for a forum, just post your response, and I will start working on programming that into my blog. that will give everyone a chance to make their statement loud and clear in a live environment, that way everyone will be able to see what others are thinking.
Life is what you make of it, and it all starts with a small little dream, I spoke of many things in my life and I always said that I would build a highly successful website where people can honestly learn something. It is finally happening and I could not have done it without my readers.

Hi Alex, You have always been one of my FAVORITE people and I do mean FAVORITE with a CAPITAL F, (LOL) I enjoyed everytiem I came to the house with Isis and we would sit and have so many fruitfull and productive talks. I think you are an awesome person. You have a way to make someone feel so comfortable even though you always say what is on your mind and never hold back, its a great characteristic that you have. Your kids will grow up I know and be very strong individuals because of the way that you set the tone for them. They will not be naive to this world and they will be able to go out there and demand the very respect that you give to everyone.
I can honestly say I miss you and the kids very very much. I miss just sitting and talking and laughing for hours. Although all that has ended you are trully a part of my heart. Just know that the good you have done will come back to you in more ways than one.
You where, are and will always remain a great friend.

As you wrote this it reminded me of when you all first came form Holland, and Isis told you: “Ik mag hem niet, Ik vindt hem niet leuk!” (Translated: I don’t like him, and he’s not nice!). You was so shocked, and you told her not to say that.
I told you let her speak her mind, she will come to love me very soon.
As time went by, me and little Isis became best of pals, when she see me she would run and jump on me. We do miss you all also, and my kids miss her, they always ask how she is doing.
And thanks for bigging me up, and yes, I do miss those chatty moments we spent together. Life is still great, because I just keep my smile going and my honesty flowing. And, I do hope your doing the same, because you have a smooth personality that everyone always appreciated. People always likes you at first glance, with me it always takes time.
Well, speaking of saying what’s on my mind, it is a great thing, and I have now moderated my words, so I try to come over in a much easier fashion. I do appreciate honesty and no one can take that away from me.
